I work closely with young adults in the community aged 18-23 who have experienced hardships or are in the process of aging out of foster care. Many of these individuals are uncertain about what comes next as they take steps toward full independence. My goal is to build strong, lasting connections with each young adult, providing the support and guidance they need to move closer to their goals.
