As I reflect on my almost nine years with SOS Children's Villages Florida and my role as Board Chair, I am continually reminded of why this mission is so close to my heart. Our annual Steps for SOS 5K Run/Walk, to be held on Saturday, April 5, isn't just another event—it's an important way of raising funds for the kids in our Village's care.

Participating in this event means taking literal steps toward ensuring these incredible kids have the chance to reach their full potential and live the fulfilling lives they deserve.

Since we started, Steps for SOS has blossomed, now bringing together over 1,000 passionate participants each year. This time, we're aiming high with a goal to raise $155,000! But we can't do it without you.
